Ok, I re-activated the Z10 and sure enough I have full access now. Make sure the server name in your email profile is correct.

Just reset the activation password on your BES10 and on your device, go to accounts, delete your account and create a new one.

IV just tried that but ts still not working. I'm at a loss is it a good idea to do a security wipe
