flash update

An attempt to display a webinar from my z30 failed because the flash version in the native browser appears to be stale.

Hello,

The fix is updating your OS to the latest version, unless you are already there...of course, we can't tell...but you can:

  • Article ID: KB23393 How to check the model number and version of the operating system on a BlackBerry smartphone

For Z10, the current OS (note...NOT Software Release) is 10.2.1.3253. You can update via Sachesi, LINK, or AutoLoader:

You can, of course, attempt to update OTA...it's just that I never recommend that approach. Plus, via both OTA and LINK, the version made available to you is controlled by your carrier, while via Sachesi or AutoLoader you can choose any OS version you want.

Good luck!
