recovering of functionality after block of the device lost


I lost my Q5

I blocked it through Protection ID

Now I got it back, but after having turn it on, I cannot write anything and the screen is also unsensible to touch

I've reset the device software with the original set up (full reset), but it still be impossible to use it (I cannot select the language at the start)

How can I recover the device and restart to use it completely?

Is this problem due to the block I did when I lost it or it could be damaged in some other way?
