Re: reset BBM news / feeds "# new posts" counter (displayed in Hub)

Where is states "8 new posts added"?

If you read those posts, or open the CB app, won't it clear?

Could you please rephrase the question? I do not understand it.

I did open the message in the HUB and I did open the individual posts in the feed. I went and opened about the last ten of them in the row. That happened yesterday. Today I see the counter hadn't been reset to zero. So, I posted a question here.

I open the CB10 app on a regular basis and there I usually set all to unread. But the above is a BBM message about new article -- it shouldn't have anything to do with CB10 app, should it?

It [the CrackBerry channel] is not my only favourite BBM Channel, which shows a constantly incrementing counter.

That appears to be a message from the CB app.. not BBM..

Where do you see it referring to BBM?

1) What about the channel icon?

2) The message is listed in my BBM account in the Hub.

Yea, that could be a Channel... your image doesn't say that though.

So, are there Channel posts you haven't read or refreshed?

Dear Joey,

As I said earlier, the posts were open. Not only as a list or a feed, but individually (i.e., also seeing the comments).

Are you on the latest released version of BBM?

Could just be a bug.. yet to be fixed.

Nope, that's your Z10 OS version release number.

Open the BBM app.

Swipe down from the top edge and tap SETTINGS.

Scroll down to the GENERAL section and the BBM app version is to the right.
