restore failed

hello am having some problems with my z10 i cant fix it tried all the ways didnt work i restored my  BB z10 from blackberry link it was going well when the restore finished my z10 has restarted  then it doesnt want to work i mean i can see nothing only blue wallpaper tried to relod from bb link doesnt work and it says in the bb link when i conect the phone disconnect your device from your computer and compelete the setup app  on your device . when completed reconect  your device  



can you please help me with this issue

I would suggest performing a clean reload of the BlackBerry device software and then restore all data except applications.


  1. Open BlackBerry Link.
  2. Ensure the computer is connected to the Internet.
  3. Power off the BlackBerry 10 smartphone or BlackBerry PlayBook tablet.
  4. Connect the device to the computer.
  5. When the device button is available on the bottom of the BlackBerry Link window, click it.
  6. Click the Reload button.

hello thnx for the help but it didnt actually work tried to click reload but nothing happened and when when i click on the device window it keep saying disconnect your device from computer and compelete the set up
