Please help on identifying why BES account wont activate on 8520 bold. Account has been deleted and recreated on BES server but this hasnt helped. I know the device is ok as am able to activate another account on the device. Will appreciate assistance

When you activate it on the account are there any errors in the MAGT log?
default location :\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerryEnterprise Server\Logs
Also look in event veiwer to seef if any errors or warnings pertain to your issue
Please post back the log info minus personal info
BESAdmin's, please make a signature with your BES environment info.
BES 12 and BES 5.0.4 with Exchange 2010 and SQL 2012 Hyper V
