APNs Certificate Status : Failed

Hello,

After going through the process of requesting the certificate and installing and changing the settings of the certificate on the local computer (server) it seems that the connection status keeps failing when testing the connection.

Is there anywhere where i can find the log files to find out the exact reason why this is failing?

Also if anyone knows any common causes of this could you please advise?

Thanks for your time.

Re: APNs Certificate Status : Failed

Hi,

Apologies i should have mentioned that this is BES10 that i have installed and on a 64bit operating system.

I am assuming that the location for this would be C:\Program Files (x86)\Research In Motion\Universal Device Service or something along these lines?

Does anyone know the precise folder that i can locate the logs for this as i cannot find anything in the event viewer for this?

Re: APNs Certificate Status : Failed

I've worked a lot with BES support, and what seemed to have fixed this issue was this.

On your server, open internet explorer, internet options, security tab, local intranet, sites, advanced, add https://yourservername.yourdomain.xxx
