BES Migration Trouble

Hello all,

Recently we merged a Blackbery server (A) to another existant Blackberry server (B). We use this tutorial http://www.blackberryforums.com.au/forums/general-bes-discussion/700-how-merge-blackberry-configurat... to procede to the merging.

Here's the problem: Only the blackberry (user) on server A are working. We cannot Enterprise Activate any blackberry on the B server. But the one who were in the server A, works flawless.

When i check the eventvwr : i see this error:

BlackBerry Messaging Agent : GetNewMovedMessages() failed

I try to wiped the blackberry but it didnt work.

Please Help me

Re: BES Migration Trouble

IIRC the merge only works if in the same domain.

I do not see how it will work then.

Re: BES Migration Trouble

Are you asking how to move users between domains?
