BES Problems

Hi, im having some issues with our BES server, and need some advice all of our users have complained that there blackberrys do not sync the contacts and calenders have restarted all services, and if you add a appointment to the device it syncs to the server but not the other way?


Any ideas?

Hi I take it that this is an Exchange server setup.If yes then check the versions of the CDO.dll files are the same on the BES and the Exchange server. You can copy and re register the ones in use on the exchange server and use them on the BES.

If you can email me the logs from your BES bbandydufresne@gmail.com I'll look at them and will let you know if anything looks out of order.

 

What version of BES are you using?  What version of Exchange?  Is BES on its own server?

Hi thanks for your help BES is 4.1.4.26, and exchange is 2003 SP1 and yes BES is on its own server,
