Hi, im having some issues with our BES server, and need some advice all of our users have complained that there blackberrys do not sync the contacts and calenders have restarted all services, and if you add a appointment to the device it syncs to the server but not the other way?

Hi I take it that this is an Exchange server setup.If yes then check the versions of the CDO.dll files are the same on the BES and the Exchange server. You can copy and re register the ones in use on the exchange server and use them on the BES.

If you can email me the logs from your BES firstname.lastname@example.org I'll look at them and will let you know if anything looks out of order.
What version of BES are you using? What version of Exchange? Is BES on its own server?
