I have been working with our BES admin for 6 weeks on this problem. I am at my wits end.
Our entire office had 8330's untill the 9530 came out. 4 of us switched. One user had a faulty phone and got a replacement. BES never worked right on the replacement so he switched back to the 8330 thinking it was just bad hardware. Well now we are having issues on his 8330.
Here is the problem. I add him to BES and everything works great for a few hours then BES reports the redirection is disabled. I enable it and it works for a few hours and it happens again. I have nuked his phone, his computer, and his BES profile trying to find the problem. We thought that desktop manager might be the issue but I uninstalled that and it still only works for a few hours before redirection reports that it is disabled.
Someone please help!
