BlackBerry Browser problem

Customer has one intranet web site, they use BlackBerry browser to view the Word document on that web site. But they found one problem: after the user use BB Browser to view the Word document on the web site, someone changed/modified the Word document, then if the user use BB Browser to view the same Word document again, the user can not see the change of the document. So is the cache proboem? How to solve it? thanks.

Re: BlackBerry Browser problem

This absolutely sounds like a caching problem.  I had a similiar issue last week myself testing an internal app.  I had to force a refresh of the document when it loaded to get it to work.  I would assume clearing my cache and then loading the page would have had the same effect but I did not try that.

If it were a webpage you could configure it to not cache / auto-refresh, unfortunately I don't know of a way to clear the BB Browser cache easily.
