BlackBerry Controller Service

Hi Guys

It's my first message here. I can't start the 'BlackBerry controller' service. I have checked all the dependencies, logon details and everything, it seems to be perfectly alright. But it doesn't start the controller service.

It gives the error code: 5003 when I'm trying to start the service.

My system consists on exchange 2003, BES 4.1.6.9

your expert suggestions are highly appreciated.

Re: BlackBerry Controller Service

Thanks Andy for your quick response.
