Blackberry Enterprise Transporter

Trying to configure a destination database connection in Blackberry Enterprise Transporter and continue to get Login failed for user:

From what I can determine I've got everything set-up correctly. The DB I'm trying to connect to is a BES 5.x system (live system is a 4.x system, but we are trying to migrate). The BESAdmin user in my SQL server appears to have all the correct permissions and if I set-up an ODBC connection with the BESAdmin credentials is connects fine. Is there any logging for BET? If yes, where can I find it, because I don't see anything in event viewer. If anyone has any other suggestions to try / check I'm all ears.

Re: Blackberry Enterprise Transporter

TCP/IP and Named pipes enabled?

SQL browser started?

Firewall preventing access to it?
