Can't connect with BES server after activation (Business Cloud Services for Microsoft Office 365)


I have a problem with connection with BES.


I have a BB 9900 with BIS, Office 365, Exchange server (Enterprise) with BlackBerry - Business Cloud Services for Microsoft Office 365. I registered in Office 365 my device -> went to Blackberry Activation Server -> user and device connected by USB. I found new e-mail icon on screen, but my BB doesn't receive any e-mails, there's no callendar sync, no connection with BES). Please help, i don't know what to do...
