I've tried to do some research and can't find what I'm looking for...
I am running BES 220.127.116.11. I have several users that receive their Cisco UC voicemails in a .WAV file sent in emails to their inbox. When trying to open and listen to them, there is not even an option to open the attachment.
Two phones in which this does not work are:
8130 running v18.104.22.168 software
8830 running v22.214.171.124 software
Can someone please assist ASAP?

That said, you should look to upgrade to BES 4.1 as BES 4.0 is deprecated
