Database Upgrade

Hi,

I am trying to install BES 4.1.4 onto SBS2003 and I am getting an error saying "Attempt to upgrade the database was unsuccessfull. Refer to the installation log file for more information"

 

Extract from Log

I have installed all the latest updates for .net and still I get this error.

Any chance you can restore the database with the backup performed immediately prior to the upgrade?

 

The error "Invalid object name 'ServerDBVersion'." indicates that the upgrader can't find ServerDBVersion and the error is thrown back by the SQL server.

 

Have you attempted an upgrade previously that failed?

 

Do you have any other problems with the server?

 

I'd recommend giving RIM a call and opening a case on this.
