Disable Richt Text mailformat on BES 4.1.6

Hi,

is it possible to disable the Rich Text Mailformat on BES 4.1.6 or can the mail processing be changed in a way to modify Rich Text Mails and forward them as Plain Text mails to the devices?

The Background is, that Rich Text mails are displayed with a very thin font on the Blackberry Bold in our company. These mails are not as easy to read as plain text mails. Changing the Mailformat in Outlook from Rich Text to Plain Text is not allowed.

Thanks for your help.
