Dispatcher\SRP Connection dropped


I recieve these errors at least 2-3 times a week, and will recieve another notification to say that it's all ok. I have used the SRPtest which confirmed the connection is established and ok, but what could be causing it?

It is normal to have that happen every so often. The internet is not perfect. if the BES is running fine 99% of the time you might be chasing a ghost.
