Does not backup properly!!

I've just spent several days backing up various BB's and wiping them as the customer was moving from on site BES to hosted exchange and BES. Why is it after I activate and then restore the backup NONE OF THE USER SETTINGs come back!?!?!?!?! Every single phone did this.  I used the latest desktop software, no errors, nothing!  The backgrounds, fonts, and it would appear BBM contact history VANISHED for example.  Full backups including media were chosen each time absolutely! What have I done wrong, if anything?

Re: Does not backup properly!!

That's really awesome, no wonder I missed it. Oh wait, it says WIRELESS... and yet it applies to all. :/
