Since some time I am having a problem with my Blackberry server, when I open the Blackberry Manager it opens but there is no server information i.e., I cannot add/ delete users. I can only see Local Ports (Device Management) and have error message 'Application error - please report to support personnel if problem persists'
If I stop the Domino server, then the Blackberry manager will open without any problem. Once the domino server is up the Blackberry manager stops working. When domino server is stopped, doing changes on Blackberry manager is fast; this is not the case when the domino server is running.
We are on BES version 18.104.22.168, mail platform Lotus notes 7.0.4FP2 and we have 142 BES users.
Please help, any comments will be most welcomed.

did you try a full reboot of the server?
after reboot check MAGT log
default location :\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerryEnterprise Server\Logs
Also look in event veiwer to seef if any errors or warnings pertain to your issue
SP2 is pretty old, I would upgrade to SP7 if possible

BESAdmin's, please make a signature with your BES environment info.
