Hi! We just upgraqded to EX2010 and I upgraded the BES as well. But after the upgrades, 3 or 4 of my users are having an issue where the email address from a contact in their Exchange account, disappears from the BlackBerry. Is this a sync issue with the BES and Exchange? Has this happened to anyone else? Let me know. Thanks! Larry

What BES Version?
Have you looked in the sync logs?
Using CDO or EWS?
default location :\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerryEnterprise Server\Logs
Also look in event veiwer to seef if any errors or warnings pertain to your issue
Please post back the log info minus personal info
BESAdmin's, please make a signature with your BES environment info.
