Enterprise IM Shows blank screen

The Enterprise IM app has installed successfully but when loaded it just shows a blank screen with the words "Enterprise IM" at the top and nothing else.

 

We used this app a little while ago in our environment and it worked fine.

 

But it seems no amount of reboots or reinstalls will get it working on this 9900 we are trying to set it up on.
