I am attempting to use the BES User Administration Tool to resend a service book to a device and I am getting the following error -
BESUserAdmin:oAuthenticate - Access denied (hostname: nnnnnnnn). Review server logs for more information. Error Code: -65 (Client verification failed.)
I have been getting this same error for other actions as well - list it_policy, set it_policy, etc...
We are using version 18.104.22.168.
Any thoughts/suggestions on how to resolve this problem?

What mail platform are you using?
What user is the BlackBerry User Administation Service running as? Is the user executing the BESUserAdminClient the same user?

1) Restart the service
2) Review the BBUA log and post the error / data from that
3) Does YOUR account have the appropriate authority in the SQL server? That is also required. The user executing the BESUserAdminClient command needs access also.

Sorry for the delayed response - I was on vacation. Restarting the service took care of the problem. I've been told that if you have more than 3 failures attempting to access the service, you will then get this -65 error. I have been able to replicate that scenario.
Thanks for the help.
