I got few users failed to received mail in BB device and i checked the log file should error "MAPIMailbox::MAPIMailbox(2) - OpenMsgStore (0x8004011d) failed", may i know what is this error?

This may be an issue with permissions on the Exchange Server or a general MAPI failure. Make sure the BlackBerry Service Account has the Send as, Receive as, and Administer Information Store down to the Store level on the Exchange Server.
You could also recreate the MAPI profile if permissions aren't the issue.
