High Volume of APB Messages to a single user

Good morning


One of our users seems to get a very high number of ABP messages;


"The BlackBerry Enterprise Server was unable to process a message. You can still view this message in your desktop email program. Your system administrator has been notified"


Looking in the logs on the BES Server, I notice that the vast majority of these messages are the following type;


[30300] (07/13 17:42:36.599):{0x26E8} {User/OU/O} Incoming NID=18D06 was not found in any of the 1 redirected folders

[10474] (07/13 17:42:36.615):{0x26E8} Cannot open NID=54106 for user User/OU/O (Note item not found 0x0222)

[30413] (07/13 17:42:36.615):{0x26E8} {User/OU/O} Sending APB to User/OU/O (TID=7032343, TransactionId=-1702363133, Size=295)


After looking through quite a few, I have noted that the NID is very consistent - ie it is the same message not being found time after time.


With the NoteID known, I tried to search his mail file for the message, but (probably as expected) it was not found.


Does anyone have an idea about where the BES will store the record of this NID, and is it possible for me to delete it to stop it happening over and over?
