How to configure company mails on blackberry without BES subscription.

Dear Sir,
we have balckberry server(BES) with MS Exchange 2003 in office , and we are running BES  services for 10 users ,
i want to cancel one of the users from BES , but still want to provide company  mails access to that user's balckberry device (9000) for temporary purpose .

i understand that i will no longer be able to   get calendar\contacts\tasks synchronization wirelessly and its ok for me as i just need to run comapny emails on his blackberry device .
Is it possible ?
if yes then please do let me know the procedure .

i will be greatfull if you guide me through step by step process plz
regards

Re: How to configure company mails on blackberry without BES subscription.

Hi,

If you cancel BES subscription then you can provide BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) to that user. In that case email ID should have POP3/IMAP access. Can you allow pop3/IMAP access to your company email? If so only then it will be possible.

You need to enable POP3 access for your companies Email server.
