How to connect to Enterprise blackberry server to can setup my email ?



I am trying to setup my email on blackberry 9300 but failed as message appeared to me means to you are not connected to enterprise blackberry server.


How can i do this please ?

does you place of employment off BES?


if not on corporate email, then you might not have the proper dataplan.




 lets do a HRT reset


On the handset, go to:

For OS5 and 4.x
Options - Advanced Options - Host Routing Table
and click Register now, and escape back to the home page.

For OS6
in options, device , advanced, host routing table, click on menu and choose register now.

Wait 2 minutes and see if registration to network happens.
 If not then you might not have a BlackBerry dataplan.
