We've been asked to look into disabling a user's blackberry, we want to stop them sending or receiving, but still allow them to use all the other phone functions?
I had a look at our BES (ver 220.127.116.11) and found in the 'Handheld Software Configuration' a Application policy 'Message Access' that will prevent the user sending or receiving emails. But i'm not sure how to setup this policy so i can apply it to the phone?

could just remove them from the BES or are you running apps on it.
BESAdmin's, please make a signature with your BES environment info.

No were are not running any app's on the device. We just need to prevent them from sending and receiving emails. So will removing them from the Bes do this ? but still allow them to use the phone?
