How to uninstall the BES service pack from current machine..

Hello Gentlemen,

 

Can we anyhow rollback the service pack (SP5) setup on BES after upgrade. . .  

Details:

 

BES 4.1.5 on separate box with 2003 windows.

Exchange 2007 + 2003 Win.

not possible to roll back if you did a inplace upgrade. If you have a backup of your database prior to SP5 install. you can uninstall existing 4.1.5 and install the ver you had prior to upgrade and point to back up DB

Hello Amey,

 

You do not necessarily need to have a backup of the database from before SP5 was applied.

 A simple uninstall and a reinstall is currently the only way.

 

BES upgrades do not work in a incremental fashion (for various reasons).
