IT Illiterate BES – Z10 Question
I represent an American company in Europe who use Blackberry Enterprise 5.0.2, and for the last 18 months I have been connecting to the company emails using a 9900. At the same time I paid a monthly fee for a BES add-on to my Vodafone data plan.
I have just upgraded to the Z10 and am trying to get my work emails on the handset; I followed the online tutorials with out any luck. I have also connected Vodafone who were not very useful and could not help. One thing I did notice was the BES monthly add-on had been removed from my monthly mobile phone account, when I asked Vodafone if the issue I was having could be related to the remove of the BES package on my phone they could not answer.
I’m sorry to ask such a basic question but do I need to reinstate the monthly BES add on to my Z10 contract to connect to the enterprise server in the USA.

BESAdmin's, please make a signature with your BES environment info.
BES 12 and BES 5.0.4 with Exchange 2010 and SQL 2012 Hyper V
