I realize this thread is a little old, but I just encountered this with one of our users. After speaking to BB Tech Support, we found that it was a setting.

 

Solution: 

 

Go to >Messages >Options >Email Settings >Berry Button >Folder Redirection >Expand Mailbox 'Your Name' >Check Junk Mail >Berry Button >Save.
