Yay, details on the database!!!!
The Last Contact Time, which is located in the BlackBerry Configuration Database in the UserStats table, is not stored because it is dynamic.
LastContactTime is equal to the more recent of LastFWDTime and LastSentTime.
Note: The UserStats table in the BlackBerry Configuration Database shows updated information, while the User Stats table in BlackBerry Manager shows a snapshot in time, which can be refreshed by pressing the F5 key.

Note: The 7 field value definition actually refers to the BlackBerry® Infrastructure refusing the packet. This means that the BlackBerry smartphone is not provisioned properly by the wireless service provider (for example, Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) is not enabled on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server). The 6 field value may not happen. The 5 field value usually means that the personal identification number (PIN) has been placed in a do not allow list on the BlackBerry Infrastructure.
