Lotus Domain in e-mail address

Hello,

A very strange problem has appeared in our environment. (BlackBerry Bold 9900 v7.0.0.585 / BES 5.0.4)

When i sending out an e-mail from my BlackBerry.
If an e-mail address contains our Lotus Domino Domain, the BES removes this part in the e-mail address:
functional-user.ACME@company.com -> converts to functional-user@company.com

Any ideas to prevent this behavior?

By the way, on BlackBerry 10 we haven't this behavior...

cheers
Daniel

Is it just one user affected?

thats an old OS for the 9900, maybe time for an upgrade?
