MAIL-IN DB ( Domino )

[ Edited ]

Hello All@

do you know if if possible to configure bb account on a Lotus "MAIL-IN" database?

The problem  is that MAIL-IN db is not shown neither as record in NAMES.NSF and as BB user in BB ADMINISTRATION SERVICE

Our rel 5.0.3 MR8

Thanks in advance for the support

Re: MAIL-IN DB ( Domino )

Hello sbrizzo;

Welcome to the forums and thank you for your question.

The short answer is no; without a record\.NSF, the BlackBerry Enterprise Server would be unable to locate the users you are attempting to configure through Enterprise Activation to receive mail.

As I am sure you are aware, the BlackBerry Enterprise Server, when installed on a Domino server, essentially melds with that Domino server and requires the .NSF in order for its users to function.
