Manual failover with the Admin API

[ Edited ]

Hello All,

I'm about to write a little app that can perform manual failover (so far the onlyworking solution was to stop services and so fore the bes to make auto failover, but this isn't what I looking for).

I found a class in the BlackBerry Administration API v5.0.3.29, called ManualFailover, however I do not know how to fill this object.

It has 3 property: serviceInstanceIdactiveServiceConsumerRelationshipspassiveServiceConsumerRelationships

I assume the rift (serviceInstanceId) is the ID of the HA pool on whick I"d like to perform the failover. This implies that the sencond one (activeService....) is the active pair of the cluster and the third one is the passive.

However when I give the requested type paramters, it always says "Invalid parameter passed".

Does anyone has some idea what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks in advance.
