Many Delegates to Calendar Sync to Blackberry Device Issues:

Hi there,

Got an issue with some of our VIPs calendars where they have more than one delegate.

When one delegate makes an entry and the other might make an addition etc it is causing some kind of conflict and it ends up with meetings in the delegate copy of celendar but not syncd to the blackberry device.

One of the chaps here has looked into it and can see some differences in the OST file sizes on the delegates PCs one has a tiny OST the other had a 5GB OST - he seems to think by deleting the OST files resolves the issue.

We run in cached mode in outlook 2007, running exchange 2003 SP2...waiting to confirm blackberry server versions.

So the questions I have are....

1. Does anyone else have mailboxes with more than one delegate?  and if they do does it work with no issues?

2. Does anyone else see randomly expanding OST files that become large?

Any other help or advise appreciated!

Re: Many Delegates to Calendar Sync to Blackberry Device Issues:

I have seen ost files that are corrupt become large and for no apparent reason.

Just delete or rename the OST file and Outlook will rebuild it. Its just a copy of what is on exchange.
