Meeting Request not making it to Blackberry

No one is receiving meeting request on their Blackberry. I have tested and the request will go to the phone if the address is not in our exchange. I have attached part of the alert log that is showing the failed message. Does any one have any solution to this?

Thanks,

Re: Meeting Request not making it to Blackberry

the cdo is in the correct location and the version is 6.5.7654.4. I also checked the mapi32 and that version was 6.5.7638.1. Do I need to update this version?

Re: Meeting Request not making it to Blackberry

BES should knot be installed on the same server, only BPS can be installed on same server.

RIM may during a support call have you knife edge it to new hardware before supporting it

Re: Meeting Request not making it to Blackberry

RIM was the one that had me set it up that way. They had me create a BES admin user and and then install. Could this be the reason it is not working correctly?
