Migrating from Lotus Domino to MS Exchange Licenses

Do we have to buy new licenses if we are moving to the Exchange environment from Domino? The Domino system will be shut down and not used any longer.

 

Just checking if anyone may know.

BES SRPs and CALs are carrier AND platform agnostic.
