I just start my position at my company about a month or so ago and we have a blackberry server here that i am now having to manage and i have 2 users that are getting a message stating "User account is in INVALID mode". Can anyone help me with this?

Do they have the proper data plan from their carrier?

The Account has been manually deactivated on the BB Relay.
The Carrier needs to log in here: https://webclient.ap.blackberry.net/WebAdmin/login
Its a carrier thing. They should have checked this when you called their Blackberry helpdesk.
Non-Blackberry Helpdesks wont know about this...
