I can't activate (even reactivate) any user anymore.
Handeld still can make/receive phone calls.
Tried on different handelds.
Not a licence issue.
Not a full mailbox issue.
Not a Desktop Manager installation issue (not installed by user).
Others users' handhelds still working fine.

Can you post a little more from the logs to see what is going on? In the logs, we should bee see an OTAKEYGEN request coming in from the device...curious to see if thatrequest is being processed.
You mentioned that you were unable to activate or reactivate...are any users on the BES currenlty running?

Well, we finally found the reason why: Problem was with our Barracuda Spam Firewall. By now adding/permitting etp.na.blackberry.net emails, wireless activation is now working... Don't know why 'cause until now wireless activation was working without this specific permission on our Barracuda...
