Numerous Errors - Activations incredibly slow

Hey all,

 

Hoping you can shine some light on recurring error messages that may or may not be the reason behind terribly slow activations.  Searching for any of them seldom turns up anything other than vague references.  First some background on the environment:

 

GroupWise Version:  7.0.2

BES Version:  4.1.6.17

GroupWise Client Version:  7.0.3HP1

SOAP enabled.  Max SOAP threads: 20

 

Errors are as follows:

Thanks Forza.  That specific error stopped on its own before I even got a chance to try the fix you found.  Still having the other issues though.

Well after upgrading the OS on the handheld to 4.5, enterprise activations take forever.  They will sit at "Activating user@address.com..." seemingly forever before they error out.  This will happen a few times before the activation actually takes.  Doesn't matter what user or what phone I have.  They all do the same thing.  I've tried removing the user from the BES then adding them back.  I've tried wiping the handhelds first.  Nada.

 

In the MAGT log I can see that things are going on such as OTAFM Batch messages and things being delivered to the device but nothing seems to be actually happening on the phones.  Because of this, the process is taking over 2 hours per phone which is ridiculous.  There's GOT to be a piece of information that I'm missing here.

I recall one of the RIM trainer suggested to go through API and ensure you have the latest API for house keeping purpose, please look at http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/microsites/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=KB04164 to see if it make sense to you.
