Outlook inbox filter and BlackBerry HH filter

Hi everyone,

I know you can define filters to prevent e-mails from being forwarded to the HH.

But I'd like to know if it's possible to send e-mails to the HH only. I don't want particular e-mails to appear in the user's inbox in outlook. These emails would contain specific data used by a custom application on the HH.

Instead of sending one e-mail for both clients, I'd like to send one for the outlook client and one for the HH client.

Regards,

Pierre

Re: Outlook inbox filter and BlackBerry HH filter

You can delay BES scanning and use outloot exchange server side rules to prevent emails going to the device by moving them to a differnet folder.

Device only emails are not going to be that easy since they have to exist on the mailbox first.

Re: Outlook inbox filter and BlackBerry HH filter

Hi,

Is there a reason to use this method instead of using filters?

Because email message filters can take up to 45 minutes to become active after they are created or edited from the device.
