I created a Contact Alert so that when I receive an email from a specific contact that a special ringtone ring.
The problem is that when I receive an email on from the BES server, only the "normal" ringtone ring.
But when I received an email on my hotmail or from my internet provider email account configured on my Blackberry, the Contact Alert work fine.
Is there a restriction from email received from the BES that nullified the Contact Alert?
Hope my explanation was clear.
Ps: I am not the BES administrator and that team doesn't know either.
I use a Blackberry Bold 9700 with OS 18.104.22.168

I tried to create contacts with the work email a few times with different work email (co-worker) but it still doesn't work.
I ask an co-worker to try to on his blackberry (bold 9700 with OS 5) but he have the same problem.
I think the problem might be with the BES server but I can't confirm it, I didn't find any informations with that problem so far. (Our BES admin doesn't know either)
