Problem with calendar appointments - Bold 9900

We have a problem with calendar appointments.

The problem occurs when I create a meeting on my BB device.

It doesn't sync to outlook or to the exchange server.

If I create the appointment in outlook, it sync to the BB device only at early morning time - after 6 AM it shows...

Everything else sync well and working good.

We have exchange 2010 with sp2,  that is running in hosting multi-tenant mode The blackberry server is blackberry enterprise server express 5 running sp3 The problem was tested on couple BB devices and happened on all of them so I don’t think it’s a device related problem but a server related problem.

Because the exchange server is in hosting mode the blackberry enterprise server is configured to work in with LDAP (otherwise the bes doesn't see any users from the hosting  environment).

Please advise...
