RIM MVS Integration to Avaya Aura CM 5.1 via DMG

We currently are running Avaya Aura CM 5.2 connected via Line Side T1 to DMG's that are running 6.0.SU4 and lastly connected to MVS version 4.6 bundle 59. Currently, the called name does not show up on the caller phone. How can we resolve this issue?

Are you sure the phone is connected to the BES configuration?  When the call come through does it prompt you to press one?
