I have the same issue in my office, I have 4 different devices with this issue. I remove the battery, resend the books, everything. I’m starting to think that it is a problem in the server because we have 9 BB devices here, 4 of them with this issue, and those 4 are configured on the same exchange server.
I compared the configuration through the webpage but did not see anything different and the BB were working until Monday or Tuesday last week.

Hi me again,
Finally I made a test, I migrate one of the mailboxes with the issues from one of my Exchange Server to the other, and that’s it, he started to receive emails on his device. I can move the all four mailboxes but I can not maintain them there, so it is an issue with the server.
Does anyone of you have this same issue before?
