Hi there, I have been using Blackberry 9900 with the latest software installed 7.1.0. Earlier I could use the option "Remote Look Up" to pull contact details of the members in our company. Now, all of a sudden that option is no more available on my device....Can someone please help to restore this feature??

I sugguest you speak to your BES admin, there is something wrong with the BES server or tell him to send you the service books from the console

I had this happen once in the past when there were too many log folders on the BES server. ver 4.1.7
There could be an issue on the BES
but try this anyways
Try a Battery pull please, with the BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery 15 seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot device. This will clear all cache like rebooting a PC. Then try again and see if your problem persists.
BESAdmin's, please make a signature with your BES environment info.
BES 12 and BES 5.0.4 with Exchange 2010 and SQL 2012 Hyper V
