first, please forgive my ignorance - I'm very new to BB admin. I hope I don't get the terminology too wrong!
Windows SBS 2003
BlackBerry Manager 18.104.22.168
I recently renamed a user, in AD, and since then they have not received emails on their BB. Prior to the rename everything worked fine. They do receive emails through Outlook.
I noticed that in BBM it is still configured to their old mailbox, something like this;
mailbox:/o=ABC/ou=first administrative group/cn=Recipients/cn=OldUserName
I followed this KB article;
and restarted the listed services.
I was hoping the mailbox would update with the new user name, but after 30 minutes there has been no change.
any help would be most welcome

Turned out to be this one :
Moved mailboxes to another server and then back and IEMSTEST works now. Will check if the Blackberries work now
