Repeated activation issue

i activated few users on BES using OTA activation. The activated completed but when it completed, i keep repeating the activation and the icon on the screen still there. (i noticed mine the icon dissapear after finish activation) The device running fine only why it keep reactivate the device. Any idea?

by saying it is reactivating what is actually happening?  What screen comes up, what does it display?

 

Just for experimentation sake, delete the SYNC service book, wait 15 seconds, and then undelete it

the situation like this.. when doing the activation, i keyed in the email and activation password.. then its start to validate

and enable the mail address. 

 

then start sync sevice desktop.. got the initializing then its 100% completed. but after that its come to initializing

activation stage and so on. its keep repeated that way till now.

I'll be honest, I haven't seen that happen.

 

If you'd like, zip up a set of the days logs and email it to BBAndyDufresne@gmail.com. Please also make sure to include a link to this thread so I know what the message is referencing / where to respond.

I'll post back any relevant content removing anything personally identifiable / confidential.  Also, post here indicating that you've sent logs if you do.

 

Please also include a user experiencing the problem so I can correlate to data in the logs.

Your BES CTRL log is throwing all sorts of hung thread errors.  Is your BES located geographically close to your mail server(s)?

 

Are you having performance problems on your Domino servers?
