Hello, Not sure if anyone has seen this... We are migrating to E2K7 and moving the user to a new BES with CDO 1.2.1. After the move is completed some users report not being able to send email (no option) or not receiving any new messages.
The BES reports a current last contact time but the IT Policy status time can be a few days behind. After i resend the IT policy everything starts working.
Any ideas? Something not right with the service books?
